Secondway Data Deletion Request

This page applies to the com.secondway.blocker Android app by Secondway.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@secondway.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify your records (for example, purchase details/order identifier and device details if relevant).

What will be deleted

• App-related account or profile data stored by Secondway (if any).
• Associated support records tied to your request, where legally permitted.

What may be retained

• Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
• Billing/transaction records required by payment providers or law.

Retention period

We process deletion requests without undue delay and typically complete them within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
