Secondway Privacy Policy

Secondway is provided by DynamicTechs Limited. This policy covers the Secondway apps for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, and the secondway.app website.

1. What we collect

Account — a user ID, and your email address if you sign in with Google or Apple or enter one at checkout.
Subscription status — whether your plan is active, and which store or card it came from. Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google; we never see your card number.
Protection settings — what you chose to block, your cool-down setting and its timer, so your setup survives a reinstall.
Diagnostics — crash and error reports, and basic usage events, so we can fix problems.
Website — standard analytics and advertising measurement on secondway.app, and your email if you enter it in a form.

2. What we do not collect

We do not log your browsing history, the sites you visit, your DNS queries, or the content you view. On Android, data read by the Accessibility Service is processed in memory only to apply your blocking rules — it is never written to storage, logs, analytics or any server.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, messages or health data, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. How filtering works

When protection is on, your device's DNS requests are sent to CleanBrowsing, an encrypted third-party filtering resolver, which decides what is blocked. Those requests go from your device straight to CleanBrowsing — they do not pass through us and we do not store them. CleanBrowsing's own privacy policy applies to that traffic.

4. AI Coach (Android)

If you use the AI Coach, the messages you type are sent to Groq, an AI provider, to generate a reply. Do not enter anything you would not want to send to a third party. The AI Coach is not a therapist and does not provide medical advice.

5. Who we share data with

Besides the providers already named above, we use Google Analytics to measure how the website and the apps are used.

Providers process data on our instructions, and some of them are located outside your country. We do not sell your data.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only where the law requires it (for example billing records).

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — email contact@secondway.app or see the data deletion page. You can also ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected. We answer within 30 days.

7. Age

Secondway is for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used Secondway, contact us and we will delete the data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version is always on this page.
