Real person, not a bot. Nothing you write here is public.Your plan lives on your account, not on one device. On Android, install Secondway from Google Play and sign in with the same account you used at checkout. For an iPhone, install Secondway on your Mac or Windows PC, sign in there, and set the phone up from it — see the iPhone question above.
One Secondway subscription covers your Mac, PC, iPhone and Android. Sign in with the same account everywhere and every device unlocks — there's nothing extra to buy per device.
Where you manage it depends on where you bought it:
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Yes — every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Start a chat with your account email and we'll take care of it.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you subscribed with — using a different Apple or Google account is the most common cause. If it still doesn't unlock, chat with us and include the email you subscribed with.
Secondway filters adult content across your browsers and apps — not just one browser. On iPhone it uses a secure on-device profile; on Android it uses Accessibility plus an on-device filter. Private / incognito windows and in-app browsers are covered too.
Strict Mode is an optional lock for your weakest moments. Once on, turning protection off or uninstalling requires a cool-down delay you can't skip — so a 2am urge can't undo your own setup. Turn it on when you're clear-headed.
Yes. Filtering happens on the device, so private/incognito mode, brand-new browsers you install later, and browsers built into other apps are all covered.
iPhone: confirm Secondway's profile is still installed and you're signed in. Reopen the app to let it re-apply protection.
Android: make sure Accessibility is ON for Secondway, Display-over-other-apps is allowed, the app isn't force-stopped, and battery optimization is off for it.
Still stuck? Chat with us — tell us your device and what you're seeing.
Use the same sign-in method (Apple or Google) you used at checkout. If you're sure it's right and still can't get in, start a chat with the email you expect to be on the account and we'll sort it out.
Filtering runs on your device. We keep your account and subscription so your plan works across devices, and we don't sell your data. Anything you send us in chat stays private.
Message the team directly — we usually reply the same day.
